Returns & Refunds
All orders are subject to our 30 day return policy. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product for a full product refund less shipping fees. The start of the 30 days begins the day you place the order with eKnittingNeedles.com. We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection, use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Shipping charges can not be refunded. There are no restocking fees as long as the item is returned within the 30 day period in a like new state. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories & documentation provided by the manufacturer or eKnittingNeedles.com. In some instances, if a return is made and the item is not 100% complete, a refund may not be issued.
Shipping
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but we generally reserve 1-2 business days for shipment. Please select your preferred shipping carrier during checkout. Free shipping offers are fulfilled via a USPS standard service and may take 5-10 days, or more, to arrive based on your location nationwide. USPS Priority Mail takes an average of 2-3 business days to arrive domestically in the United States.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Paramount Goods LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Paramount Goods LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Paramount Goods LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Paramount Goods LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
